Tim is from Lake View NY and graduated from Frontier High School in 1999. Earned is Business Administration degree from Erie Community College in 2002. At that time, he got a job at M&T Bank and stayed in the banking industry for 18 years. In 2017, Tim decided to take his experience in banking and put it to use in the real estate business. So, he got his real estate salesperson license. After a 5 years as a real estate agent Tim wanted to be able to better serve his clients so he got his mortgage loan officer license and joined the amazing team over at Nickel City Funding, Inc Tim says that was the best decision he’s made in his career.
Tim specializes in working with first time home buyers, investors, and refinances.
Outside of working Tim enjoys being out on the golf course and spending time with his soon to be wife Lori, and his 3 kids, Alex, Addison, and Riley.
